Why Get A Home Inspection?
Sometimes things are not really what they seem. A thorough, professional home inspection by Reliable Home
Services not only helps to remedy a problem before it becomes too costly, but it also provides the information you need to make a responsible and informed buying decision.

What's Covered in the Inspection?

Every full home inspection by Reliable Home Services includes a comprehensive visual examination of the home's readily accessible physical structure and mechanical components.

The inspection covers the following
:

  • Attic
  • Interior Rooms
  • Bathrooms
  • Kitchen/Appliances
  • Central Heating/AC
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Roofing
  • Exterior
  • Structure
  • Fireplace/Chimney
  • Water Heater
  • Grounds
  • Windows/Doors
  • Gutters/Drainage
  • And much more!

Building A New Home:
Whether you're building a custom home from the ground up or buying a brand-new home that's already finished, don't you want to make sure it's built correctly?

Reliable Home Services offers progressive inspections on new construction. In other words, we will inspect the home as it progresses from stage one to completion. We start by doing a "Foundation Inspection". A quality home starts with a good foundation. Then, before the dry wall goes up, we conduct a "Framing Inspection". In this inspection we are looking to see that all load bearing and framing components were properly installed. Also, we're examining the plumbing, electrical and HVAC rough-ins. When the house is complete, we conduct a "Final Inspection" on the home. In this inspection, we evaluate the entire home for function and safety of the installed systems and components.

Don't build or buy new construction without an independent evaluation of the home. We generally find something that needs attention.

Warranty Inspections On New Homes:

When you purchased your new home, your builder provided you with a one year warranty guaranteeing most aspects of your new home for one full year. Wouldn't it be wise to have an independent evaluation of the home conducted prior to the expiration of your builder's warranty? Why should you be left holding the bag on potentially expensive repairs when you could obtain an independent evaluation of the home and turn over any hidden problems to your builder to fix before your warranty expires?

One of Reliable Home Services inspectors will come out and spend between two to four hours evaluating your home from the foundation to the chimney. We will be looking for proper building practices as well as do the installed
systems and components of the home function properly. We will also be looking for safety issues with the home.

Our report will be clear and concise, detailing all issues discovered.

The Report:

We provide you with a computer-generated report that details our findings in an easy-to-read format. We combine the best of the checklist and narrative-style formats to offer you a clear understanding of your prospective home. Our report will help you determine those areas that need to be addressed immediately and those that can wait.

We want you there!

Reliable Home Services recommends that you attend the inspection to gain first-hand insight into the condition of your new home. By the time the inspection is complete, you will most likely know the home better than the current owner. We guide you through the home and teach you about each of its major systems and components. You can ask all the questions you want and receive direct answers from our experienced and knowledgeable inspectors.

Scheduling and Pricing:
Because timeliness is important, we can usually schedule your inspection within a few days of your call. Our home
inspection fees are competitively priced. The price of the home inspection will vary based on location and the type and size of the home. An exact fee will be quoted when you call our office.
