Our inspectors are professionals who have completed extensive training and are required by the American Society of Home Inspectors® to receive 20 hours of continuing education each year. We attend monthly educational seminars through our local ASHI chapter, MAC-ASHI, and we attend technical training seminars through ASHI when provided by local or national ASHI chapters. We are licensed in the state of Maryland. For your peace of mind there is no substitute for experience, education and certification.
